York Co., Va. – A woman in her late 70s who wandered from her home Monday night was found dead Tuesday morning in the 4900 block of Route 17, according to Lt. Dennis Ivey with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
Officials believe the woman left her home about 10:30 p.m. on Monday night.
There were no signs of foul play, according to Lt. Ivey.
