Suffolk, Va. – Suffolk police have charged a woman with selling alcohol illegally, after a search warrant was conducted at a home, police tell NewsChannel 3.
It happened at a home on Halifax Street as a special investigation on illegal alcohol sales.
Police arrested 43-year-old Patricia Hamlin.
Hamlin is facing charges after police found a large amount of alcoholic beverages, as well as “other evidence”. She was arrested and charged with selling alcoholic beverages without a license.
