Update: Williamsburg Police say it has been determined that no sexual assault occurred.
Williamsburg Police are investigating the possible sexual assault of a 3-year-old girl.
Police say they responded to Riverside Doctor’s Hospital on Wednesday around 3:45 p.m.
Details are limited, as the incident is still under investigation.
The child has been placed in a safe environment.
