Portsmouth, Va. - A man was shot to death in a car in the 70 block of Dale Drive early Tuesday morning.
Police say the 911 call came in at 1:52am. When officers arrived, they found 26-year-old Ahmad R. Parker unresponsive in the car, suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The investigation is still ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
