UPDATE: Wind restrictions have now been lifted.
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel is operating under Level 3 Wind Restrictions with gusts reportedly up to 55 MPH.
Only passenger vehicles, tractors without a trailer, loaded tractor trailers, tankers, and commercial buses are allowed to cross at this time. No exterior cargo, empty tractor trailers, towing anything, or motorcycles are allowed to cross at this time.
