Portsmouth, Va. – Donta M. Copeland, 26 – CAPTURED AS OF APRIL 18TH
Police say Donta Copeland broke into two houses in the Churchland section of the city in February. The burglaries took place in the 3600 block of Gateway Drive.
Police say there have been more than a dozen burglaries in that area since Dec. They connected Copeland to two of them after finding some of the stolen jewelry and electronics at area pawnshops.
“[They] were easy for us to pinpoint when we went to the pawn shops because the victims had serial numbers, and they had photographs, and they knew what their jewelry looked like,” said Det. Misty Holley.
Copeland is wanted for: 2 counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of obtaining money under false pretense and two counts of larceny with the intent to sell
His last known address is the 700 block of Douglas Ave. and he often frequents the area of 3500 Thorne Ave. Police say he is 5’9″ and weighs 145 pounds.
Police say if you see him, call the Crime Line or dispatch immediately, so they can get officers there right away.
Newport News, Va. – Reginald Gene Morst, 44
Reginald Morst is wanted for failing to appear in court for his trial on charges of indecent liberties with a minor.
According to Newport News Police, in April of 2012, the mother of a 16-year-old girl learned that Morst, a family member, sexual contact with her daughter in his home.
The abuse happened multiple times starting in 2011 when the girl was 15.
In August 2013, Morst was charged with two counts of felony indecent liberties with a minor. Police say he failed to appear in court for his trial on Nov. 18, 2013.
Morst is 6′, 270 pounds and his last known address is in the 400 block of Crescent Way in Newport News.
Chesapeake – Erica Janae Williams, 32
Erica Williams is wanted for probation violation stemming from a charge of possession of cocaine.
Police say she has a lengthy criminal history.
Williams 5’1″, 125 pounds and has tattoos on both arms,
Police say she is often in the South Norfolk area.
