The Cherry Blossom Festival scheduled in Virginia Beach for Saturday, March 29 at Red Wing Park has been canceled due to the weather forecast.
The following statement was posted on the Virginia Beach Parks and Rec Facebook Page:
“The up and down Virginia Beach weather strikes again. Unfortunately, we are canceling our Cherry Blossom Festival due to forecasted inclement weather. There is no rain date for this event. We hope you’ll make it out to Red Wing Park when the Cherry Blossom trees start to bloom in the next few weeks.”
