Nine vehicle break-ins reported in Hampton

Hampton, Va. – Hampton police are looking for suspects wanted for multiple larcenies from vehicles in the Northampton section of the city.

During the early morning hours on March 3, 2014, officers discovered that an unknown suspect(s) had broken into nine vehicles in the Northampton section of the City.

The suspect(s) used an unknown object to break either the side or rear window of four of the vehicles in order to gain access into them. The other vehicles had been left unlocked. After getting into the vehicles, the suspect(s) took electronics and other miscellaneous items before fleeing the area in an unknown direction and by unknown means, police say.

No arrests have been made and there is currently no suspect information.

The following is a breakdown where the break-ins took place, and how many vehicles were affected:

First Block of Golden Willow Circle: One Vehicle

First Block of Old Oak Court: One Vehicle

First Block of Rosebriar Place: Three Vehicles

First Block of Cure Circle: One Vehicle

300 Block of Manning Drive: Three Vehicles
