Norfolk, Va. – A man was shot early Tuesday morning on West 28th street in Norfolk.
Police received a call of a gunshot victim around 1:45am, and arrived to find the man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
