Portsmouth, Va. – Police are investigating after receiving a report about an indecent exposure incident in Portsmouth on Wednesday.
They say this happened early in the morning at around 7:45 in the 3900 block of Twin Pines Road.
They say a woman told them that she saw a man committing a lascivious act in front of her job.
No other details have been released.
