Last Tuesday, Elijah Tillmon was born in his parents' van outside their apartment after his mother, Devin Tillmon, couldn't make it to the hospital.
Dad, Ercmy Tillmon, helped deliver baby Elijah, then gunned it to the hospital.
On the phone with a dispatcher the whole time, he met paramedics halfway at Headlights, a strip club off Highway 17.
Needless to say, that was not in their birth plan.
