Virginia Beach, Va. – Starting at 9 p.m. on Monday, May 12, Tidewater Utilities Construction Inc., under contract with the Department of Public Utilities, will be making repairs to a sanitary force main on Virginia Beach Boulevard at the intersection of Kings Grant Road.
To safely facilitate repairs, the following will be in effect daily from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
– Southbound Kings Grant Road will be a right turn only onto westbound Virginia Beach Boulevard.
– Westbound Virginia Beach Boulevard will be reduced to two through lanes.
– Eastbound Virginia Beach Boulevard left turn lanes onto Kings Grant Road will be reduced to one lane.
Advanced warning signs will be posted advising motorists of the repairs. Weather permitting, repairs are expected to be completed by Thursday, May 15.
