Virginia Beach, Va. - A deadly stretch of road in Virginia Beach will soon see improvements.
City council voted to dedicate and spend extra money to fix Sandbridge Road.
Last month, four people including 3 children died on Sandbridge Road.
And weeks later, a semi flipped over there.
Locals have complained that its curvy design and varying speed limits are issues.
A measure to use funds to improve Sandbridge Road was included in the 2014/2015 city budget.
The budget passed 10 to 1.
