Suspects wanted for stealing wallet from person’s car at VB campground

Virginia Beach, Va. – Police are looking for possible suspects wanted for stealing a wallet from a car at a local campground, and then using the stolen credit cards at a convenience store.

It happened at the KOA campground located at 1240 General Booth Blvd. on Thursday, April 24 between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m.

The victim, who was there on vacation, discovered that during the overnight hours the suspects entered their vehicle and stole the victim’s wallet.

It was later discovered that the suspect(s) used one of the victim’s credit cards later the same day at a Virginia Beach convenience store.

The suspects may have been operating a dark colored SUV, police say.
