Kill Devil Hills, NC – A 34-year-old man was arrested on May 13th in Kill Devil Hills and charged with indecent liberties against two children.
Deputies say they received a complaint back in January about the incident.
They conducted an investigation including interviews and forensic evidence. Michael Keith was then charged with indecent liberties with child and disseminate obscenity to minor.
He was released on $11,000 bond.
