A vehicle ran off the road and crashed into a City of Suffolk Public Utilities Pump Station in the 1600 block of Meadow Country Road on Saturday.

The driver of the vehicle, 36-year-old Charlie Burns, reportedly ran off the roadway, traveled approximately 50 feet across a field, hit the pump station building, and came to rest partially inside the pumping station.
