A Newport News woman pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to threats to bomb or burn and child neglect, according to court records.
Jessica Ann Ray, 26, was arrested in January after she put an infant she was reportedly babysitting for a friend under a delivery van, abandoned two other small children, and made a bomb threat at a TJ Maxx store in James City County.
She was originally facing three counts of child abuse but two were Nolle Prosequi.
A pre-sentencing hearing is scheduled for July.
