Norfolk, Va. – Police are looking for the person who they say stole a credit card from a victim in the 1500 block of Willow Wood Avenue, on April 29, 2014.
It happened at approximately 4:15 p.m. The victim was not harmed or injured, police say.
The suspect began to use the credit card 15 minutes later, three times at Southern Shopping Center, and at two other locations.
The suspect is described as 6′ – 6’2, a black male, 220-250 lbs. and 35-40 years old.
