Today’s viral weather video looks like a backdrop from Game of Thrones. It’s really a massive fog bank that rolled over Lake Michigan this week
YouTube user Andrew Ballard posted the video, saying that the footage was shot on May 21 in Platte Bay. In the clip, you can see an impressive fog display that consumers the visible horizon.
One of the people who was on the small boat followed up with some high-quality images from when the fog actually overtook them.
