Norfolk, Va. – Police need your help to find a 14-year-old missing Norfolk girl.
Ceiarra Spruill was last seen in the 800 block of 35th Street in Norfolk on May 14th at around 6 p.m.
She is a black female who stands about 5’11 and weighs around 154 lbs.
Her hair is shaved on one side and her ears are pierced.
