Dominion Virginia Power will be dropping power for more than 5,200 customers in Norfolk at 5:30 p.m. Friday to make emergency repairs.
Dominion says some of their equipment on Admiral Taussig Boulevard was vandalized.
The outage is estimated to last up to an hour.
