A 21-year-old Suffolk man was arrested on Thursday related to a domestic assault that occurred on May 21st.
A woman reported that her live-in boyfriend physically assaulted her and also broke her cell phone.
Police say Karlton Antonio Arline has been charged with Strangling Another Causing Wounding or Injury, Assault & Battery of a Family Member, and Destruction of Property.
