Suffolk, Va. – A man suffered minor injuries when his plane crashed Saturday morning.
According to state police, the plane, a Van’s experimental aircraft, was making a descent when it hit the tops of several trees.
The plane crash landed on Murphys Mill Road in Suffolk around 9:20 a.m.
The pilot, Kelly Landrum of Halifax, Va., suffered a minor cut.
The FAA was notified.
