Virginia Beach, Virginia - Three people were shot at a Virginia Beach night club early Monday morning, according to police.

Virginia Beach Police responded to Club Lavish, located at 544 Newtown Road, shortly after 1:00am.

Police found two victims at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds to their extremities. A third victim, also with a gunshot wound, walked into a nearby hospital.

The victims all sustained non-life threatening injuries.

So far, the investigation indicates that there was an altercation inside the club just before the shooting.

A 30-year-old man has been arrested. Dontay R. Buford has been charged with three counts of Felonious Assault, three counts Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Buford is currently is the Virginia Beach jail on no bond.

This isn't the first time there's been a shooting at the club. Just over a year ago, three people were hurt in a shooting outside the club when it was known as Bentley's.

That happened not long after the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Department pulled deputies from working security in the parking lot because of concern for their safety.
