Norfolk, Va. - Police in Norfolk are investigating a shooting on Monday night in the 400 block of W. 28th Street.
A neighbor tells NewsChannel 3's Jackie Morlock she heard at least six shots fired in rapid order just after midnight.
One person was transported to the hospital, details on their condition have not been released yet.
