Virginia Beach, Va. - Most of the power has been restored in Virginia Beach, according to Dominion Virginia Power.
Officials say the outage was caused by two transformers that blew earlier this morning.
One blew on Virginia Beach Blvd., then another on North Lynnhaven behind the Wawa.
Again, most of the power has been restored.
