Elizabeth City Police say residents of 205 W. Broad Street have reported a Hispanic male missing since June 1st.
The residents say Cirilo Tiraco Silerio left the residence on June 1st with a friend riding a bike. They said it was not unusual for him to leave for 3-4 days at a time but he would always return.
Cirilo is described as a Hispanic male approx 5`4“ tall, 150 lbs, med build, wearing a gray ball cap, blue shirt, gray dress pants and black shoes.
