Update: All lanes are now cleared.
Norfolk, Virginia – State police say a car flipped on I-64 eastbound at Chesapeake Boulevard Tuesday morning.
The call came in at 4:49am and one lane is currently open causing a backup.
State police have not released details on injuries.
