Hampton, Va. – It’s the First Annual Hampton Manditarod – coming to Downtown Hampton on Saturday, July 26, 2014.
The event is from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
According to the event website, a Manditarod is a race in which you build a sled and race around Downtown Hampton.
Each team builds their own sled and four guys/girls will pull one person on a half mile road course.
The entry fee is $25. It’s a fundraiser for the Noblemen, a non-profit that helps kids across Hampton Roads.
