Hampton Police are on the scene of an accident involving an overturned dump truck.
The accident happened around 11:50 a.m. in the 100 block of Marketplace Drive.
Police say to expect heavy traffic near the intersection of W. Mercury Boulevard and Power Plant Parkway.
