Virginia Beach, Va. – Salem Road has reopened several hours after a truck overturned in the 2800 block.
Virginia Beach Police say they received a call at 8:11 a.m. that a cargo truck loaded with pool construction equipment overturned, blocking both lanes.
The road was closed between North Landing Road and Landstown Road.
