Newport News Police responded to a vehicle crash at Jefferson Avenue and Hogan Drive around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say a Toyota pickup truck was going southbound on Jefferson Avenue and a Hyundai Santa Fe was turning left onto Jefferson Avenue from Hogan Drive. The vehicles collided in the intersection.
Both drivers claimed to have had a green light at the time.
Minor injuries were reported but no one required transport to the hospital.
