UPDATE: Smith has been located. He was found 9 miles away from where he was last seen. Police say he was not harmed.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Beach police need your help to find 48-year-old Stacy Smith.
He is in need of medical help and was last seen on Tuesday, July 29th at 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Lynn Shores Drive.
He is described as a black man who is about 5’9, 120 to 130 pounds. He has short salt and pepper hair, a mustache, a tattoo on his chest and a scar on his left arm.
He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, shorts, red socks and no shoes.
