Philips is recalling about 7,500 “Lightolier” brand AF4SY Decorative Glass Lenses due to the risk of laceration, according to the CPSC.
The decorative glass lens can shatter and result in falling pieces of glass, posing a risk of laceration to the consumer, the report says.
