UPDATE: Missing Chesapeake man arrives at police headquarters after extensive search

Suffolk, Va. – A Chesapeake man arrived at Suffolk Police Headquarters on Tuesday morning, after an extensive search.

Police began the search for Gillespie on July 31, 2014, after his vehicle was found crashed in a ditch on Lake Cohoon Road.

Police ended the search when it was determined that there was no indication that Gillespie was still in the area.

Gillespie turned up at Police Headquarters located at Henley Place this morning, according to police.
