Norfolk, Va. – A man has been taken to the hospital after crews rescued him when he jumped from the Campostella Bridge on Wednesday.
Crews were dispatched out to the scene at around 4:40 p.m.
The man who jumped was rescued by Norfolk Fire Rescue Boat just around 5 p.m. police say. They found him near barges in the water.
The man was evaluated on the scene and then taken to the hospital.
No other details have been released.
