Portsmouth, Va. – A bomb threat was reported in the 1300 block of Court Street in Portsmouth around 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The court complex and the sheriff’s office were both evacuated and searched by two bomb sniffing dogs.
The buildings have since reopened.
