Stolen credit card suspect sought in Chesapeake

Chesapeake Police are looking for a man who used a woman’s credit card to make fraudulent purchases after her wallet had been stolen.

On July 10th, the victim reported that she believed her wallet had been stolen from her purse while at a business in the 1700 block of Parkview Drive the night before.

The victim said she checked her bank and found 11 fraudulent transactions from eight different convenience stores between 1:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.

All of the purchases took place near Parkview Drive, which is in the Greenbrier section of the city.
