In 1991, little 5-year-old Timothy Wiltsey was reported missing. His mother told police that he disappeared at a carnival. Now she has been arrested in connection to his murder.
According to myfox8.com, New Jersey investigators have been trying to solve this case for decades. On Wednesday, Michelle Lodzinski was arrested and charged with murder.
A year after Timothy went missing, his remains were found in a remote section of an industrial park.
A cold case review sparked a new investigation and a grand jury charged that Lodzinski knowingly killed Timothy. She was considered a suspect over the years, but she was never charged due to lack of evidence.
