Portsmouth, Va. – A man was shot overnight in Portsmouth.
The call came in at 12:11 a.m. Police responded to the 2500 block of Graham Street. A man was found suffering from an injury to his foot consistent with being shot, according to police.
The victim was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police believe the incident may have happened not too far from where the victim was found.
