Chesapeake, Va. – A 57-year-old man has died after an accident involving a moped and a pick-up truck on Wednesday.
At 1 p.m., police and fire responded to the accident in the 2100 block of Docklanding Road.
They say the driver of the moped was taken to Maryview Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was pronounced dead at 3:30 p.m.
His name is not being released until the next of kin has been notified.
No one else was injured.
