Norfolk, Va. - Emergency crews responded after a vacant building partially collapsed on East Princess Anne Road in Norfolk on Sunday.
Police were on the scene throughout the night blocking traffic as workers cleaned up around the four-story building.
Officials say there was no danger to the public.
This road is still blocked off.
