There were three other people who were also inside of the Hyundai and they were all taken to the hospital.

The driver of the Durango had four people inside. The driver and another person suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Durango was identified as 39-year-old Scott Rosenwald of Elizabeth City.

Family members have been notified. Alcohol and speed did not play a factor in this accident. Officials say everyone was wearing their seatbelts.
