Portsmouth, Va. – A suspected robber was injured on Thursday after police say he tried to jump out of a window to get away from an officer.
Calls came in from the Hotel Super Value in the 900 block of London Blvd. about an individual who was robbed.
An officer saw the suspected robber and chased him into the hotel. That’s when officials say he tried to jump out of the window. He was injured in the process.
He was placed under arrest.
His name has not been released yet.
