Two men wanted for stealing meat from Newport News Food Lion

Newport News, Va. – Police are trying to identify the men pictured to the right in connection with a grocery store larceny.

On August 1, 2014 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the two men entered the Food Lion located at 15435 Warwick Blvd.

The two suspects filled a shopping cart with more than $125 worth of steaks, and attempted to leave the store without paying for the meat.

An employee was able to gain control of the cart and the two men fled the area, police say.
