Update: One of the victims from the shooting has died from his wounds. Police have identified him as 29-year-old Patrick Crisp. They say there is no indication that Crisp knew the other victim, who is recovering.
Chesapeake, Va. – Police in Chesapeake are investigating after two men were wounded in a shooting in the 1200 block of Transylvania Avenue Monday evening.
Police responded to a shots fired call around 6:41pm and secured the scene after determining a shooting had occurred.
A short time later officers responded to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center after learning that the men had been transported there by friends.
Police do not yet have information on the victims’ conditions or any suspects.
