Tropical Storm Dolly has formed in the Bay of Campeche and is moving northwest toward Mexico.
Dolly is centered about 210 miles East-Southeast of La Pesca, Mexico and about 200 miles east of Tampico, Mexico.

Dolly will continue moving generally northwest and will likely make landfall late tonight or early Wednesday in Mexico.
Some strengthening is possible but Dolly is expected to remain a tropical storm.
