WTKR CBS/WGNT CW-Norfolk (Tribune Media – Market #45) seeks an aggressive, energetic leader for our Co- Local Sales Manager position. This candidate should have a proven track record in broadcast or cable sales management; a college degree in a Business or a related field is a plus. This candidate will have the ability to work in partnership with a co-LSM and DSM in developing and directing a professional sales staff in achieving sales goals. It is essential that this candidate have the ability to recruit, hire and retain highly talented Account Executives as well as demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain deep rooted relationships in the market with direct and agency clients. The LSM also needs to be able to motivate and coach the local team as well as lead them in their new business development initiatives and transactional business.
Knowledgeable in WO Traffic, WO Media Sales, Matrix and Excel is preferred.
