The Flood Warning issued by the National Weather Service has expired.
The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a Flood Warning for urban areas and small streams in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Isle of Wight County, and York County until 1:15 p.m.
