LONGWOOD, Fla. – Online photos of a 7-year-old child drinking a shot of whiskey has resulted in a Florida mom being charged with child neglect, reported WESH.
Police said Patricia-Ann Jackson Denault of Longwood posted pictures on Facebook of her 7-year-old son drinking the Fireball cinnamon whiskey and titled them “my son’s first shot.” Someone saw the photos and called police, according to the report from WESH via MyFox8.com.
She told police she thought it was funny and that she wanted the children to experience alcohol in a controlled setting.
“I do regret putting it on Facebook,” she said.
